COMPANY REGISTRATION / INCORPORATION

The Registration of companies in India is governed under the Indian Companies Act, 1956; there are basically two types of companies that can be established in India.

• Private Limited Company with minimum requirement of two shareholders and two directors with a Minimum paid capital & Authorized capital of Rs.1,00 000/-

• Public Limited Company with minimum requirement of seven shareholders and three directors with Minimum paid up & Authorized capital of Rs. 5,00 000/-
